  Ang kurso ay nagbibigay ng pangunahing pangkalahatang-ideya ng mga sistema ng tirahan at komersyal na pagtutubero. Bibigyan ang mga mag-aaral ng pagtuturo na magbibigay-daan sa kanila na mag-assemble, mag-install, at mag-ayos ng mga pipe, fitting, fixtures, tubig, at drainage system, ayon sa mga detalye at mga code ng pagtutubero. Makikilala ng mga mag-aaral ang mga simbolo ng pagtutubero at mga pagdadaglat na ginamit sa mga guhit sa arkitektura.
